Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Babshaghor ("we", "us") collects when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect:
- your name, email address and/or phone number;
- your company name (optional);
- the service or product you are interested in;
- the message you write to us.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type and the page you sent the form from. We use it to protect the form from spam and abuse.
- Preferences — your chosen language and light/dark theme, stored in your browser so the site remembers them.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your information.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations or proposals;
- to provide and support the services you request from us;
- to keep our website secure and prevent spam;
- to improve our website and services.
Sharing your information
We only share your information with trusted providers that help us run our business (for example email and hosting services), and only as far as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
How we protect it
Your information is stored on secured servers and is only accessible to authorised team members. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop contacting you.
Send your request to babshaghor@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the website to work — such as a session cookie and a security token for the contact form — plus your language and theme preferences.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
